MY PODCAST
LIST
Cut to the Chase: podcast focuses on compelling legal and public interest news, with some science thrown in as well. The show features interviews of industry experts discussing current breaking news in the legal world and sometimes just some basic information on matters ranging from science to insurance.
In addition to mass torts, I also bring on guests to discuss legal issues involved in cryptocurrencies, securities, and even tax cases of note.
To round out the law talk, there is even an episode where the guest is a former casting director who talks law and movies and gives his take on why law is such a compelling and frequent topic of movies old and new.
On the podcast, you can also find an extensive series with a physics professor where he lays out the universe for us to learn. Everything from what is light, to the planets, the solar system and even recently discoveries by the scientific community.
Speaking of science, the show features a meteorologist discussing the basics of hurricanes, climate change and all things related.
There is even an episode from a young entrepreneur on how he opened his motorcycle shop and an author newly released book based on his father, the person responsible for Richard Nixon’s pardon.
In the legal world, the show provides updates on the biggest mass torts, including the largest mass tort concerning the 3M earplugs that Americas soldiers were using for over a decade. There are episodes concerning new groundbreaking litigation against the sex trafficking industry and the pornography industry. Also, you can find award winning investigative journalist discussing the entire story of Roundup weedkiller. These episodes are designed to assist individuals who might be considering joining these ongoing mass torts or lawyers that might help clients that qualify for these types of cases but might need some further guidance.
